Advertisers often like to depict beer as a very masculine drink, saying, "Men know why!" Some women also have preconceived notions about beer, thinking that it makes you gain weight and that it's a man's drink. However, throughout history, beer was primarily brewed and consumed by women.

At least once a year, an all-female jury gathers for a tasting of craft beers. Women can express their taste in a completely intuitive manner, without prerequisites or reservations. After a blind tasting of several beers, a beer is selected based on its taste qualities.
