Hunting season has begun!
Joy to all carnivores!

During hunting season in Belgium, wild game meat takes center stage on the culinary scene. This centuries-old tradition sees hunters venture into the picturesque Ardennes forests in pursuit of deer, boar, and other game. The season, typically from October to December, not only provides a thrilling pastime but also a source of exceptional gastronomic delight.

***Be sure to keep an eye on the restaurant’s menus as their choices will change as the season progresses.
