CiPiaCe
CiPiaCe has actually been part of the Parvis since 2014, when Giorgia Giordano, originally from Puglia, opened it with her partner Andrea Petruzzi. Back then, it was a cocktail bar, and apparently Giorgia wasn’t entirely convinced that the beer-drinking crowd of Saint-Gilles was ready for cocktails. Andrea insisted. Good thing he did.
L’Ogenblik
Tucked away in the Galerie des Princes, l’Ogenblik has been a cornerstone of Brussels' culinary scene since 1969. This long-established gem exudes timeless charm, with its warm brasserie ambiance and commitment to classic Belgian-French cuisine.
Al Piccolo Mondo
